Sent 5 emails Onan order problem with no response for over three weeks.
No phone contact available email only and they do not respond I have concerns hisay be a scam or going out of business

Lost package
My shipment was lost and I contacted customer service. No one responded to me after multiple attempts. Their so called customer service number isnt even valid. Quick to take your money and when you need assistance, it all falls on deaf ears. Im going to just get the rest of my wine and stop giving this POS company any more of my business. If you need help good luck getting anyone to contact you back!!

I had a similar issue, UPS will return the entire shipment to them which can take a few weeks. The company can’t control what happens once it’s shipped.
Once they receive any bottles that are not damaged are returned to your cloud cellar and you are given a credit to your account for any broken bottles, you can use that on a future purchase. I reached out to their customer service via email with my order ID and they responded with a few days. I can verify I did receive the credit to my account and was able to verify the other bottles were returned to my cellar. To verify look at your shipping details of the bottles ordered and you can look at your cellar to verify, if they no longer have that specific bottle they do replace.
I am only quoting what my email stated and what I show in my account. This company is legit.
